WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU TO REPRESENT TEAM CANADA?

It means everything and it’s the best feeling to represent the greatest country in the world. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to wear the Maple Leaf. The support we receive from the entire country means the world to me and pushes me to compete even harder everyday.

HOW DO MOMENTS OF “CHEER” MAKE YOUR DAY BETTER?

Moments of “Cheer” drive me to be at my best and remind me to enjoy every opportunity I have to compete for Canada. These moments remind me of the support I feel from my family, friends, and our entire nation.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU THE MOST AS AN ATHLETE?

I’m always competing with myself. I want to be my best everyday, be a little bit better than yesterday and constantly learning and growing. I’m a firm believer that motivation must come from within and if you have the confidence and belief you can accomplish any goal.
